After almost thirty years in public service, I successfully made the transition to independent consultant, specializing in helping managers lead better in crisis. My clients include companies such as Genentech, Adobe, and Lucas Arts, as well as public agencies and governments and I have a solid reputation as a thought leader in my profession.
